About the role

Rhino.fi is hiring a Demand Generation & Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale our inbound B2B pipeline engine.

This role will own campaign execution, channel strategy, and marketing operations, ensuring that Rhino.fi consistently generates qualified inbound opportunities aligned with our ICP.

As the company scales, this role will also help establish stronger marketing attribution and improve the visibility of how marketing contributes to revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation & Campaign Strategy

  • Develop targeted demand generation campaigns across priority ICP segments.

  • Build vertical-specific landing pages and lead magnets aligned to Rhino.fi’s core use cases.

  • Run webinars, ecosystem collaborations, and educational campaigns to generate high-quality inbound leads.

  • Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure campaigns align with messaging and positioning.

Distribution & Channel Management

  • Own LinkedIn and X distribution strategy across company and executive channels.

  • Coordinate SEO content execution in partnership with external agencies.

  • Identify new distribution opportunities aligned with Rhino.fi’s target audiences, ie paid campaigns across LinkedIn/search.

Marketing Operations & Performance

  • Establish clear attribution frameworks for understanding lead sources and campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with Sales to define lead qualification standards and improve pipeline visibility.

  • Track and optimise marketing campaigns based on pipeline generation and revenue impact.

Website & Conversion Optimisation

  • Own CMS updates and landing page creation.

  • Continuously optimise website journeys to improve conversion across ICP segments.

  • Ensure Rhino.fi’s website structure supports enterprise positioning and lead generation.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5–8 years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles.

  • B2B Marketing Experience: Experience generating leads for fintech, SaaS, payments, or Web3 infrastructure companies.

  • Web3 experience necessary.

  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable analysing campaign performance and attribution metrics.

  • Execution Capability: Ability to own campaigns end-to-end.

  • Tools: Experience with CRM platforms, marketing analytics tools, CMS platforms, and paid media platforms.

  • Timezone: Europe
