About the role

Rhino.fi is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our B2B customer base across
Europe, Latin America, or Africa.

This role is focused on unlocking commercial opportunities with fintechs, payment providers, crypto
platforms, marketplaces, and B2B businesses in high-growth and emerging financial markets. As a key
member of the Growth team, you will own the full commercial lifecycle, from sourcing opportunities
through to closing and supporting successful integrations.

This is a high-impact, externally facing role with the opportunity to shape how global customers build with
Rhino.fi.

Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation & Opportunity Discovery
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of regional financial infrastructure and payment rail,
    and identify local businesses with acute payment challenges.

  • Build and maintain a strong, high-quality B2B pipeline across your assigned region (Europe,
    LATAM, or Africa).

  • Drive thoughtful outbound engagement through events, communities, curated outreach, and
    ecosystem engagement.

  • Evaluate opportunities based on strategic fit, technical feasibility, and commercial potential,
    feeding insights back into Product and Growth to sharpen our offering.


Deal Execution & Commercial Delivery
  • Lead the customer lifecycle from inbound and outbound engagement through scoping,
    negotiation, contracting, and close.

  • Partner with Customer Success, Product and Engineering to ensure smooth integrations, aligned
    expectations, and successful go‑lives.

  • Maintain strong operational foundations across CRM, documentation, and internal knowledge to
    support scalable, repeatable BD motions.


Partnership & Market Strategy
  • Shape Rhino.fi’s regional B2B strategy by identifying high‑value segments, emerging use cases,
    and new commercial pathways.

  • Track market, competitive, and regulatory developments to uncover new opportunities across
    local and cross-border markets.

  • Contribute to refining our ICP and improving product–market fit as the ecosystem evolves.

Representation & Ecosystem Engagement
  • Represent Rhino.fi at relevant fintech, crypto, and payments events within your region.

  • Act as an ambassador for Rhino.fi’s mission and values, supporting thought leadership, partner
    storytelling, and case studies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in BD, partnerships, enterprise sales, or similar roles across Web3, DeFi,
    fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure.

  • Commercial Capability: Demonstrated success sourcing, negotiating, and closing meaningful
    B2B or institutional deals.

  • Crypto & Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, stablecoins,
    wallets, exchanges, or crypto payment flows.

  • Regional Expertise: Experience selling into or operating within Europe, Latin America, or Africa,
    with an understanding of local fintech or payments ecosystems.

  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Structured approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and
    assessing opportunity value.

  • Relationship Building: Confident communicator who develops strong, trust‑based relationships
    with partners and stakeholders.

  • Tools: Hands on experience with CRM tools (e.g. Pipedrive)

  • Timezone: Based in Europe, Latin America (Argentina or Brazil), or Africa (South Africa or
    Kenya)

  • Language: Fluent English required. Spanish is required for candidates based in Latin America;
    Portuguese is a strong plus. Additional regional languages are a plus for candidates based in
    Europe or Africa.

  • Nice to Have: Existing network across crypto, fintech, or payments, and comfort representing a
    company externally.
