About the role
Rhino.fi is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to strengthen our enterprise positioning and accelerate deal conversion across our B2B customer base.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Growth, translating complex infrastructure into compelling commercial narratives that resonate with technical and business buyers.
As Rhino.fi scales into larger enterprise accounts, this role will play a critical part in improving messaging clarity, strengthening our sales enablement engine, and helping the company win more strategic clients.
Responsibilities
ICP & Positioning Strategy
Develop clear value propositions across Rhino.fi’s priority verticals, including fintechs, payment companies, crypto platforms, marketplaces, and appchains.
Refine messaging frameworks that clearly communicate Rhino.fi’s differentiation within the stablecoin infrastructure ecosystem.
Partner with Product to translate roadmap developments into clear market narratives.
Sales Enablement
Create high-quality enterprise sales materials including: pitch decks. one-pagers, case studies, competitive battlecards, ICP-specific messaging
Develop structured responses to common customer objections and competitive comparisons.
Work closely with Sales to improve deal conversion and sales consistency.
Strategic Content & Product Communication
Lead messaging for product launches, major integrations, and partnership announcements.
Develop case studies demonstrating real customer outcomes and commercial impact.
Support thought leadership content with the executive team to strengthen Rhino.fi’s authority in stablecoin infrastructure.
Requirements
Experience: 6–10 years in product marketing, enterprise marketing, B2B Web3 or fintech marketing roles.
B2B Infrastructure Knowledge: Experience marketing API products, payments infrastructure, fintech platforms is ideal.
Web3 experience necessary.
Commercial Understanding: Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and experience creating sales enablement materials.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Comfortable working across Product, Sales, and Growth teams.
Tools: Experience with CRM platforms, CMS tools, and collaborative documentation tools.
