Senior Operations Manager

About Rhino.fi

Rhino.fi is a B2B stablecoin liquidity onboarding kit that unifies fragmented stablecoin flows across blockchains through a single API. With support for 25+ networks, our tools allow clients to route, bridge, convert, and settle stablecoins at scale, enabling seamless deposits and payments for fintechs, payments companies, appchains, and other platforms.

We are a remote-first company, requiring excellent remote collaboration and communication skills. To enhance our team culture and cohesion, we host quarterly in-person team meetups at exciting global locations, combining work and leisure activities such as skiing, surfing, and more.

About the role

As our first Senior Operations Manager, you'll build the operational backbone of a 30-person company from the ground up. The processes, tooling, automation, and the cross-functional execution that let a fast-moving business scale without breaking. You'll work directly with the Chief of Staff with high visibility across the whole organisation, from product and engineering to finance and compliance, and you'll use AI to multiply what every team can do. You'll decide how this company operates as it scale.

Responsibilities

Build the operational backbone: Find the operational gaps across the business and build the scalable processes that fix them. This is a 0-to-1 build, and you own it.

  • Build the regulatory foundation: Lead on executing our licensing and entity structure that decide how and where we can operate. You own applications end-to-end and turn regulatory requirements into an opportunity rather than a blocker.

  • Turn company goals into executable plans: Work with the Chief of Staff to translate objectives into reality, owning the cross-functional initiatives that move the business towards our vision.

  • Scale output without adding headcount: Automate the manual, repetitive workflows that slow teams down, and own the tooling behind each function.

  • Own the client onboarding experience: Take new clients from closed to live, owning what happens behind the scenes so activation feels effortless, and stays effortless as we scale.

  • Grow the team and the culture: Own how we hire, onboard, and grow people as the company scales.

  • Make the business measurable: Define the KPIs that matter and build the dashboards and reporting that give leadership honest visibility into how we're performing and where to invest as we scale.

You have extensive experience in operations, business operations, or strategy at a high-growth startup in fintech, payments, or SaaS company.

  • You've helped scaled a company before, building operational infrastructure from scratch and taking functions from 0 to 1.

  • You're highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, delivery-focused, and communicate clearly across teams.

  • You're a confident, everyday AI user who can bring the tools and ways of working that make whole teams operate 10x.

  • You're hands-on with implementing operational tooling (project management, automation like Zapier, CRM).

  • You've worked in regulated environments and understand what compliant workflows demand.

  • You have previous experience in a fast-paced, distributed startup team environment.

Requirements

  • Location: Remote (Europe-based)

  • Languages: Fluent English required

Please include your answer to the following question in your application:

Walk me through a specific process or system you built from nothing at a previous company. What did it look like before you arrived, what did you build, and what broke or didn't work the first time?
