This is an early-stage, high-ownership role. There is no established playbook for this motion and the range of target ICP/partnerships will change over time. You will be measured on activity/engagement as well as converted ‘deals’ (POCs, direct client referrals etc). Comfortable with ambiguity is not a nice-to-have here. It is the job.

As our first Senior Operations Manager, you'll build the operational backbone of a 30-person company from the ground up. The processes, tooling, automation, and the cross-functional execution that let a fast-moving business scale without breaking. You'll work directly with the Chief of Staff with high visibility across the whole organisation, from product and engineering to finance and compliance, and you'll use AI to multiply what every team can do. You'll decide how this company operates as it scales.
