What You’ll Do

This is a truly unique opportunity to help take a startup brand to scaleup and beyond. The Crypto industry changes so fast, it’s often difficult to keep track of what is happening. As a Blockchain researcher you will work alongside a cross-functional team and be responsible for researching the latest decentralised finance protocols, governance and token economics Although this is a primarily research focussed role, there will be an element of practical engineering to it so a background within engineering is imperative.

Core Responsibilities:

– Research across different technical and financial aspects of Crypto Currency
– Work with development team to help architect new designs for future features
– Improve the customer experience of DeversiFi based on findings
– Follow up on documentation, meeting criteria etc.
– Produce summaries of these findings and report back to the innovation team, using the findings to create proof of concepts of new technologies

What You’ll Need:

– A natural curiosity in the Crypto market, its industry trends and technological breakthroughs
– An interest in Crypto Currency would be good but not necessary
– Preferably a technical background in data analysis, engineering or similar
– A good attitude and great communication
– Excellent organisational skills
