About the role

Rhino.fi is looking for a Growth/Performance Marketing Manager to cover the end-to-end marketing activities for the platform; a fantastic opportunity to join our rapidly growing team, working shoulder to shoulder with experts at an international level, building our brand.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our CMO, wider marketing function, and cross-functional squads to develop and deliver Rhino.fi’s marketing strategies, acting as the driving force of their development and delivery across the company.
- With a key focus on driving acquisition and retention, and with a growth mindset, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of the marketing activation plans and community building from start to finish, leveraging in-house specialists within squads and a network of partners. This will include all owned, earned, and paid content and activation across the platform.
- With a focus on leading our paid strategy, you’ll drive PPC, display and affiliate channels to maximum effect.
- Track and optimise the customer funnel and improve conversions, A/B testing all marketing strategies to optimise for growth.
- Constantly test and review channel performance (owned and paid), developing bespoke strategies to help drive our KPIs
- Support development of target personas, running user interviews, analyzing acquisition performance, CPA, LTV and retention cycles.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of DeFi, highlighting cutting-edge channels to test and monitoring our competitors to help us maintain a competitive edge.
- Work as marketing lead within one of our cross functional squads, leading on delivery of all marketing requirements.
- Responsible for developing product positioning and strategies to help us cut through the noise.
- Responsible for day-to-day campaign management activities such as monthly reporting, campaign performance summary, budgeting, creating briefs and meeting KPIs.
- Responsible for day-to-day copy creation for in-app conversion points, web pages, social content and emails.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with development, design, engineering, and product teams to bring our brand to life at every touchpoint.
- Champion learning, testing and growth mentality across the company.
- Have a data-driven mindset, reviewing monthly reports, challenging poor performances and ensuring a consistent ROI.
- Contribute to the management of our website – including UX/website design, content management (WordPress), performance and delivery to ensure the best experience for users through the funnel to the product
- Contribute to our social media channels (primarily Twitter, Discord, Reddit) including all content creation, community management and driving our brand advocacy strategy
- Contribute to our email strategy including all marketing, informational and automated emails driving re-engagement and conversion
Requirements
4-5 years’ experience in a Marketing function, driving growth and acquisition
Experience working in crypto, ideally for a B2C product/project on an EVM chain, or a fintech with experience in growth hacking/building customer base
A strong interest in crypto/blockchain space and ability to copywrite for this audience
A proven track record managing campaigns from ideation through to execution across the marketing mix
Comfortable handling fast-paced, multi-stakeholder projects, keeping internal stakeholders and partners accountable, and able to deliver to tight deadlines
Proactive and able to problem solve independently with a passion for data and delivering consistently excellent results
Experience with data/analytics tools is required
Experience managing paid channels/strategies
Experience managing/building websites is desirable
Experience managing social channels and crypto communities is desirable
Experience using ESPs is desirable
A true team player willing to be flexible with the remit adapting to the needs of a small but growing business.
