Customer Support Agent
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing support to users of our DeFi platform. This includes responding to user inquiries and resolving issues related our platform features (for instance, bridging). You will also be responsible for educating users about our platform and its features.
You will be joining us as the first full-time Customer Support agent and will be working closely with the engineering, product and marketing team. As the voice of our users, you will play a key role in driving improvements to our platform.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter individual, passionate about DeFi who wants to join one of the most promising DeFi platform.
Core Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries promptly in our Customer Support Live Chat and Discord channels
- Resolve user issues related to DeFi features, such as bridges, swap, trade and yield opportunities
- Educate users about our platform, its features and our marketing initiatives
- Identify platform bugs and escalate them to our engineering team promptly
- Gather user feedback from users and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Preferably work Wednesday to Sunday, from 6am to 4pm (UTC)
- However we are open to flexible working and part-time work if you have existing experience in customer service in crypto and DeFi
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 3 years experience as Customer Support for a DeFi platform
- Passionate about the Crypto industry and DeFi
- Strong knowledge of DeFi protocols, wallets, bridges
- Self-starter, motivated and ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
