Mid-Level Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX designer to join our team full time:
Core Responsibilities:

Work cross-functionally within a squad and partner closely with product and development teams to understand users’ needs and bring innovative features to life

Design user-centric experiences from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to production

Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to visualise product features

Provide design feedback and iterations throughout the product development process

Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience

Provide valuable input on product vision and direction, shaping the future of our platform

Conduct user research via interviews and quantitative methods to inform product decisions
What You’ll Need:

5 + years of professional Product Design experience

Experience (or passion) for Web3, blockchain technology and DeFi platforms

Experience designing for decentralised user experiences (UX)

Self starter, proactive, comfortable working autonomously in a fast paced environment

Expertise in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design

Ability to design using HTML and CSS, ensuring a smooth transition from design to development

Proficiency in design software such as Figma, and prototyping tools

Fluency in analysis tool, such as Heap or Metabase
-
Humble, collaborative, and open minded
