There are now less than 24 hours until the Ultra (UOS) token sale opens on Tokinex.
Following hot on the heels of the successful Dusk and Ampleforth sale & listings, we expect tomorrow to generate a large amount of community interest. As such, we have created this guide to help ensure that you stand every chance to contribute when the sale opens at 11am UTC on July 16th 2019.
An example walkthrough video has been created to give you an idea of what to expect when the sale opens. The contribution process has changed slightly from what can be seen in the video, and now includes captcha anti-bot defences.
Additional Instructions:
- In advance of the sale start, make sure that you have BTC in your Bitfinex or Ethfinex exchange wallet (not your margin or funding wallet). Contributions for UOS will be in Bitcoin and taken from exchange wallets only.
- Please re-login to the Tokinex page within 20 minutes prior to the sale start time. This will ensure that your session does not expire during the token sale itself (which would force you to login to Tokinex again)
- You will first be asked to download the UOS purchase agreement and give permission for your KYC & AML details to be shared with Ultra.
- After passing the captcha, you will then be asked how much BTC you would like to contribute to the sale. You can contribute any amount between the min and max individual cap.
- If the sale has already completed by this point you will receive an error message and will not be able to contribute.
- If successful you will see confirmation of your contribution and BTC will be deducted from your exchange wallet. The corresponding UOS will be deposited to your exchange wallet within 24 hours.
- If the sale the hard cap has not been reached, you will have the opportunity to top up your contribution if you have not already reached your individual max cap.
- Your total BTC contribution amount will be shown on the Tokinex Ultra page, viewable only by you.
Additional Details
- UOS tokens will again be priced at 0.05 USD and the contribution currency will be BTC only.
- The BTC/USD rate for the sale will be the live BTC/USD spot price on Bitfinex at the time you contribute your BTC to the sale.
- The individual max cap is 2500 USD equivalent in BTC
Timings:
- UOS deposits and withdrawals open at 8am UTC on the 17th July
- UOS token trading on opens on Bitfinex & Ethfinex 10am UTC on the 17th July
Secondary Market Trading
Both UOS/USD and UOS/BTC pairs will be available for trading upon listing on Bitfinex and Ethfinex.
In celebration of Ultra’s successful token sale on Tokinex, all traders can enjoy zero percent maker fees on both Bitfinex and Ethfinex UOS trades until the 17th October – three months following the secondary market listing.
Synaps Verification Bug Update:
If you have successfully completed Synaps verification and yet the Tokinex page does not register you as having passed verification then please do not worry. You will still have the same chance as everyone else to participate when the sale starts tomorrow. Your Tokinex verification status will either be updated before the sale starts or at the time of the sale you will be able to contribute regardless.
